The contributions of women in kiban

This #8M is a good day to recognize the way in which the presence of women has enriched, strengthened and consolidated all the projects we have undertaken at kiban.

On this International Women's Day we decided to use this forum for the women of Kiban to raise their own voices and talk about their challenges, challenges and what motivates them every day.

Imelda Alonso. Head of UX/UI

During my time at kiban I have had two major successful projects: the first was creating the design foundation for our kiban cloud platform. The second was building and designing our new kiban.com site.

I am grateful that in kiban each area is recognized and encouraged to be an active part in the creation of new ideas and proposals.

Ren Fernandez. Customer Success Expert

My job is to make sure clients always get more than they expect. It's not about meeting, but exceeding expectations. Behind every client there is not only a sale, but a lot of learning for both parties.

In kiban there are always challenges that motivate me to improve, acquire new knowledge and tools. All this I have achieved hand in hand with my team that supports me at all times.

Nancy Jimenez. Head fo Customer Success.

In kiban I have learned that it is possible to achieve anything you set your mind to, there are no limits. The consolidation of my area is my greatest achievement, because when I was given the opportunity to head it, it was not yet consolidated. Therefore, I am proud to lead the Customer Success team at kiban.

Yare Arista. Front End Developer

Being a web developer is not always easy, there is a gender gap that little by little and with effort is decreasing; however, in kiban we all have the same value. Here there is always a challenge when creating a new tool, which is not only functional, but aesthetic, having good practices and implementing methodologies, which has led to my professional growth.

Ollin Islas. Head of Content

I am proud to have contributed to the creation and development of all the contents of our new kiban cloud project. I like belonging to a space where my perspectives and points of view are taken into account and where women and men have the same rights and benefits.

Adrimar Loera. Customer Success Expert

My job at kiban in the Customer Success team is to provide an effective solution for our customers and to give the best quality of service.

I am proud to be part of a great team that we have formed at Customer Success, where we all support and encourage each other, looking for different ways to overcome all the challenges we face.

Karyna Tapia. Head of Administration

From the administrative area, I have to get to know both my internal and external customers, and sometimes it is not easy. So I have to work so that both parties agree and walk together.

Knowing that I can propose, express what I think and have a voice within this company makes me feel very happy. I am also proud to contribute in negotiations with suppliers that bring savings to the company.

Marlet Hernandez. Design of MKT

Being part of this team fills me with enthusiasm because here the gender difference is not an impediment to growth: the team has a voice and a vote. There are always difficulties in the design area, it is a challenge to communicate what the user really needs, but it comforts me to know that the way is always communion.

Elvira Ortega. Accounting

Being at kiban has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. Being in a good work environment, having nice and friendly colleagues and having a super boss is something I am very grateful for.

Cindy Mendoza. Head of MKT

At kiban there is never a moment when I doubt that my work is valuable and my opinion is heard.

One of my biggest challenges (and triumphs) is that many times I have to learn and execute things that I had never tried before and I have to make them work. Undoubtedly, this is one of my greatest satisfactions: adding new skills to my professional growth.

Guadalupe Negrete. Backend developer.

In kiban I have had several challenges, for example, learning new DB technologies and programming languages, as well as generating functionality for the kiban cloud platform.

One of my achievements is to be able to say "I contributed with my work to generate part of the operation of this platform". I also consider it an achievement that the users use it because in many industries the applications remain in the testing phases.
